Meet Frank Aboagye Danyansah, the Young Award Winning Estate Developer from Ghana.

In this 21st century, many young people are determined to be in charge of affairs and Frank Aboagye Danyansah has proven to be one of them. Frank is the Executive Officer of his own building and construction firm, Danywise Estate and Construction.

Frank Aboagye attended Anglo Gold Ashanti and Queen Egyimah primary and Junior High school respectively in the gold rich Obuasi city located in the Ashanti region of Ghana.

Katakyie Frank Aboagye Danyansah entered OWASS in 2001 with the school number BE 337 and completed in 2004. He read General Arts (Arts 2), Economics, Geography and Government. Frank started taking up leadership positions from his senior high school days when he became the Assistant House Prefect of St. James. He was also a sportsman as he represented his school and came third in the 110 metre hurdles of the 2004 Super Zonals held at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.

Frank is an experienced general practice surveyor with varied expertise in property management, land administration, project management valuation etc. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in General Practice Division, and a member of the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association. He also ventured into politics when he stood as the Parliamentary Candidate in the 2012 and the 2016 general Elections for the Obuasi East Constituency on the ticket of the Progressive Peoples Party (P.P.P).

Frank Danysnsah, as he is affectionately called, serves as a Property Consultant for the Ghana-Finland Chamber of commerce, and a property consultant to Zoomlion Ghana ltd, Ashanti region. He is also a housing consultant to staff of Barclays Bank Ghana, Ashanti region, a valuer for GN bank, Northern sector and consultant to most Banking institutions in Ghana.

From the university, he did his National Service at the Ghana School feeding secretariat as the Ashanti Regional Monitoring officer.

Frank started his working career as an Assistant Valuer at Value Properties Ghana in Obuasi and also a Project coordinator at Dumadark Enterprise and Construction at Tarkwa. He was then appointed the Commercial Facilities Manager at an ace Oil field service company Menergy International in Ghana and also in Monrovia-Liberia.

Frank is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Danywise Estate and Construction, which has contributed to bridging the housing deficit gap in Ghana by building Estate houses and offering lands to individuals across the country. In 2014, he was awarded the Upcoming Developer of the year, at the 7th Ghana Property Awards.

Danyansah is currently contributing on both the electronic (Radio / Television) and print media as Real Estate and land property consultant, educating the Ghanaian citizenry on housing and Real Estate.
