Meet Mariee Revere, the 20-year old CEO and founder of a skincare line called MoonXCosmetics that recently generated $1 million in sales within just 8 minutes. She, like many other entrepreneurs, has proven that despite the coronavirus pandemic, a small business can still be successful online.
She actually was able to completely sell out her entire inventory, which consisted of natural hydrating oils, cleansers, body conditioners, and face masks.
“1 million in 8 minutes! Thank you God and thank you to everyone who supported me! I had to cut the site 26 minutes due to my reaching 20k+ orders! thank you so much,” she posted on Twitter.
With such high demand for her products, Mariee says she has since restocked her inventory so a lot more customers can get their hands on the beauty items. She also says that she is thankful for the support she received since she started her company 3 years ago.
Her company’s Instagram page has since attracted more following with now over 310,000 followers.
