AJ Willz Media in partnership with ICS Africa and RNF Studios has announced the inaugural list of the maiden edition of Eastern Region Top 20 Youth CEOs, a ranking which highlights and recognizes the accomplishments of the youths as entrepreneurs from across the Eastern Region of Ghana. The Eastern Region Top 20 Youth CEOs is compiled by AJ Willz Media a Digital creative, Advertising, Branding and PR Agency. We considered four criteria: the importance or impact of the business on the economy of the region, Innovation and Creativity, social and cultural influence of the business and Consistency and Credibility. We believe that recognition of excellence inspires innovation in the youth of every sector, the list is to recognize and celebrate the performance and excellence of the youth in the region.
It is an acknowledgement and appreciation of the these outstanding youth leaders who introduce innovation and lead the change in business growth. The nomination of these distinguished youth (men and women) is in relation to their hard works, innovations, dedication and accomplishments as leaders of their teams which continues to inspire the next generation of youth entrepreneurs in the region.
Detailing the criteria used in curating the list, AJ Willz, MD of AJ Willz Media highlights on profit, impact and sustainability, innovation and ingenuity, overall influence of the business on the youth and other sectors of the industry and community as a whole.
With representation from the whole region, the list features men and women who are noted to have broken the glass ceiling from across diverse sectors, making a name and case for leaders in the region
