How to prevent Your smartphone Battery from Draining Faster

We all wish our smartphone could go many days without charging. But that would be difficult considering our usage of smartphones these days. In this article, we look at some of the things you can do to save your phone battery and reduce its draining rate.

1. Turn off Bluetooth, GPS, and Wi-Fi when not in use: All of these features are great if you need them, but they can quickly drain your battery if you leave them on when you’re not using them. To save battery, make sure to turn these features off when you don’t need them.

2. Lower your screen brightness: Your phone’s screen is one of the biggest drains on your battery, so it’s best to keep it at the lowest brightness level that’s comfortable for you. You can usually find this setting in the Display Settings on your phone.

3. Limit background app activity: Many apps can still run in the background and drain your battery even when you’re not actively using them. To save battery, go to your phone’s settings and limit the apps that can run in the background.

4. Minimize vibration: Vibration uses more battery than ringing, so turn off vibration if you don’t need it. You can usually find this setting in the Sound & Vibration menu of your phone’s settings.

5. Turn off automatic updates: Automatic updates can be a great feature, but they can also use up a lot of battery. To save battery, try turning off automatic updates and manually updating your apps on your own schedule.

6. Keep your phone cool: High temperatures can drain your battery faster, so try to keep your phone away from direct sunlight and other sources of heat. If your phone gets too hot, turn it off until it cools down.

The Artistic Mind of a Criminal

I used to have a client who is a professor when it comes to art, paintings and antiques. He paints one portrait and makes millions out of it and that really fascinated me so much that I started doing some research into the Art, paintings and antiques industry. I discovered that the painting industry in Ghana is very small and young but elsewhere in the world, it is a huge industry which contributes significantly to the economy of these countries. The USA economy in 2014 and 2015 benefited US$730 billion and US$763.6 billion respectively from the Art, Paintings and Antiques sector(1). US$12 billion (£9.2 billion) was contributed to the UK GDP in 2016 from the Art and Painting sector(2) with Singapore’s Art and Painting contributing S$2.13 billion to the GDP in 2013(3).
