LEADERSHIP GOLD SERIES TO BE HELD IN ACCRA

The PALM Group is hosting its flagship event, Leadership Gold Series Dialogue+Workshop for the first time in Accra this October.

It is imperative in times like this when youth unemployment is increasing with the increasing youth population that young people begin to own their leadership development journeys and to shift their perspective from waiting on government or employers to taking charge of their lives. The Leadership Gold Series Dialogue+Worskhop has been put together to challenge young people in Ghana to provoke a deep desire for personal leadership which triggers a responsibility of the self and towards community.

The maiden edition’s theme: Leadership at the Speed of Thought has been carefully put together to re-echo the importance of leadership and how today’s leaders are leaders who should think ‘leadership’ on the go. The event seeks to, by both the conversation and workshop, bring this to light by enabling participants appreciate the power of an intentional leadership attitude and how needful it is in this global economy.

Leadership Gold Series Workshop+Dialogue is scheduled for Saturday, October 12, 2019, from 9am to 4pm at the GNAT Teachers Hall, Adabraka and will bring together young leaders spanning business, academic and civic spaces to engage in a dialogue with Obaa Akua Konadu (YES Ghana), Nana Owusu Achau (Kings Group, Ghana), George Toko (Toppled Ghana), Sarah Mortimer (Charles Tyrwhitt, UK) and Patrick Achola (Spurr Africa, Kenya).

Participants will then go through a workshop facilitated by Prince Ampofo, to reinforce what panelists would have established as important – personal leadership.

Prince will through activity-based activities take participants through sessions that seek to provide insight into self-management and personal leadership.

The PALM Group provides leadership development and coaching to empower individuals, social and marketplace organizations with an empowering message of not just achievement but achievement that commits to social development.
