What started as fun and entertaining on her smartphone went on to become a business she is passionate about. Claudia Nyame runs The Brand Mistress GH, a freelance graphic design and Branding Agency headquartered in Obuasi, Ghana.
She started Graphic Designing with her smartphone until she identified Photoshop as a better alternative. She started learning from people and watching YouTube videos.
Anytime some people think of starting their own businesses, they consider an office first but this young Ghanaian female graphic designer never thought of that. She has successfully run her company, The Brand Mistress GH for 2 years from her home. She has also successfully combined her business with her studies at the University of Energy and Natural Resources in Sunyani, Ghana.
Claudia Nyame loves creativity and she has loved it since childhood. That inspired her to start The .Brand Mistress GH
“…few females are in this business. So it motivates me to come out and stand out differently” she said.
The Brand Mistress GH was started with just a client and since then businesses have been referred to her. She has made over 100 designs for businesses and event planners.
The Brand Mistress Gh has also made graphic works for Gospel Musicians in Ghana including Grace Efe, Max Gyams and Young & Wise GH.
Claudia wishes to see her business become a global brand in the next few years.
