The three pillars
Harrison Breacher, who was born in Augusta, Georgia, is the National Director of The National Association of Realtors, which has over 1.4 million members nationwide. He was featured in Realtor Magazine‘s 30 under 30 Class of 2016, surpassing thousands of other entrepreneurs in the field.
Ryan Butler, who is a native of Mississippi Delta, is also an owner of an IT consulting firm. He had been active in real estate long before he co-founded CPG.
Keith James is from Columbus, Mississippi and a graduate of Tuskegee University. At the age of 23, he bought his first property. In his first year as a full-time realtor, he closed $20 million deals and he was recognized with the “Rookie of the Year” award.
Working together instead of competing
The three friends decided not to compete with each other and instead combined their entrepreneurial knowledge and skills to create Coalition Properties Group.
Like most real estate firms, CPG buys, rehabs, and resell properties. They help clients who are seeking to buy a home. But for CPG, that is just the beginning. They aim to provide their clients with everything they need in real estate, lifestyle, and wealth-building.
They also help their clients progress financially by helping them find jobs and rehab their credit, among others. They also organize seminars on wealth building and financial literacy to teach people how to invest and create generational wealth.
