Business or Employment, which is better?

Life is not a question of how much you make but finding meaning and fulfillment. Some find meaning in business and others find meaning in employment. Whichever route you choose, if you follow prosperity principles, you’ll flourish. There’re employees who do better than businessmen, and certainly, the world’s billionaires are businessmen.

But every successful person is purpose driven. They’re not motivated by quick riches. They find fulfillment in adding value to people and solving people’s problems. They are hardworking individuals who are exceptionally passionate on their mission. They are men and women of standards. They don’t need supervision to achieve their targets. They’re self-driven individuals.
Whether employed or in business, you have no excuse for failing in life. There’s no shortcut to personal leadership and staying the course. Personal discipline, great work ethic and unquestionable trust are the pillars of success. Giving is the currency on which prosperity flows. Stingy hands toil in vain. Seek to give, not to receive. The Bible says a generous person will prosper – Proverbs 11:25.
