Success Summit 2018 Speaker Profile: Mr. Isaac Yorke

ISAAC YORKE is an astute banker with over twenty years experience in the financial Services sector.  He began his banking career with Agricultural Development Bank as a Credit Officer. He rose through the ranks and by dint of hard work he was promoted to the rank of Branch Manager within a period of five years.

He later joined Guaranty Trust Bank Ghana Ltd in 2008 and was in charge of setting up the Takoradi and Tarkwa branches of the Bank and became the Regional Manager for the Western Region. In 2011, he was transferred to the Head Office in Accra as the Group Head in charge of Oil & Gas & Power and Mining as well as the Western Region. In 2012, he was promoted to the position of Assistant General Manager, a position he held until 2014 when he joined Access Bank Ghana Ltd as the Group Head responsible for Energy & Power and Oil & Gas. He resigned in December 2016 to set up his own business. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Yelsac Micro Financial Services.

 

Isaac Yorke is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana and also holds Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Diploma in Education and Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Cape Coast.

ISAAC is a Christian and worships with Christ Partners Chapel, Partners Parish, Accra Main as an Elder and as the Chairman of the Men’s Ministry. He’s married with three children.
