Maglans Micro Credit, a non-bank financial institution headquarted in Obuasi has been adjudged the Microcredit Enterprise Of The Year, 2020 at the 2nd Ghana Credit Excellence Awards organized by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICMG) last week.
Maglans Micro-Credit, formed in 2016 and based in Obuasi has been serving indigenous traders, the informal and small business enterprises since its formation. The event which took place at the Tomreik Hotel in Accra witnessed the presence of some industry leaders.
Lanslord Asumakah, who is the manager of Maglans Micro Credit and a Chartered Credit manager, received the award on behalf of the company. Speaking to wundef.com, the young CEO said the award indicated the hard work and excellent service of the company and more should be expected from them.
The Chartered Institute of Credit Management (Ghana), which organized the awards is the largest professional body in Ghana for the credit profession. It supports and leads the development of credit professionals and organisations to achieve best practice and success through the highest standards in credit management.
